Travel Guarantee (Insolvency Protection)

Pet Jet Travel S.L. organises and/or sells package travel and/or linked travel services. In the event of insolvency, travellers are protected by a financial guarantee as required under Catalan and EU law (Articles 252-10 to 252-12 of Law 22/2010 and Directive (EU) 2015/2302).

Guarantee Details

When you make a payment to Pet Jet Travel S.L. for a package travel or linked travel service, your money is protected under the insolvency guarantee described above. Specifically:

✅ Refund of payments - If Pet Jet Travel S.L. is unable to fulfil your booking due to insolvency, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts you have paid.

✅ Repatriation - If your trip is already underway when insolvency occurs, the guarantee covers the cost of returning you to your departure point.

✅ Direct recourse - You may contact the insurer, AXA Seguros Generales, directly to initiate a claim if necessary.

Your protection is automatic - no additional purchase or enrolment is required. It applies to all eligible bookings covered by the package travel regulations referenced above.
